INSPIRATION
This quiet but confident young horse is inspired by the elegance and simplicity of Ancient Greek Art. I have given it a timeless textured surface reminiscent of ancient artifacts from ancient civilizations that one sees in museums. It is my choice never to glaze such work, as it maintains their ageless appearance.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Entirely handmade out of high-fired stoneware clay, with textured slips and oxides. Signed in full by me underneath the belly.
